Compared with traditional sample preparation methods, GD16 tissue grinder has the characteristics of wide universality, high efficiency and flexibility, avoiding the disadvantages of other homogenizers and grinders such as laborious, time-consuming, and ineffective. It can efficiently, quickly, and stably lyse vegetable, fruit, meat, fish and shrimp, and soil samples, improving the extraction efficiency of drug residues.

In trace pesticide and pesticide residue analysis laboratories, QuEChERS method is increasingly being used. For some samples where pesticide residues have diffused into the wax layer structure, ordinary hand cranked extraction cannot achieve satisfactory extraction recovery rates, requiring longer extraction time and stronger shaking force. The Gd-16 high-speed homogenizer can not only replace the ordinary manual extraction work of analysts, but also provide higher and stronger shaking force, so it can meet the requirements of shaking extraction for all samples in the QuEChERS method.
